For parents and children, mornings can be stressful, and with so much to do in so little time, conflicts can arise. But there is a remedy parents have tried successfully. Help your child create a visual schedule to guide them through their morning's activities, said April Keaton, a social worker at The Autism Program of the University of Illinois's Family Resiliency Center.
